Protect children first
MakeSpend prohibits child sexual abuse and exploitation everywhere on the service, regardless of whether the content is public, private, real, illustrated, computer-generated, or linked from elsewhere.
Minimum age
Members must be at least 13 and meet any higher digital-consent age where they live. Anyone under 18 is excluded from mature areas, adult-oriented seller or creator features, and age-restricted commerce. Neutral age screening is used during registration; age assurance may be required for restricted access.
Prohibited conduct
- CSAM; grooming; sextortion; sexualization of minors; trafficking; or solicitation of sexual images or contact.
- Attempts to move a minor to private or encrypted channels for exploitation.
- Sharing identifying information that endangers a child or facilitating access to exploitative content.
- Using AI or editing tools to create sexualized depictions of a minor.
Response
We remove or disable access, preserve required evidence, restrict accounts, and make legally required reports to the appropriate child-protection clearinghouse and law-enforcement authorities. We do not return or forward suspected CSAM. Reports involving immediate danger should also be made to local emergency services.
